Hello,

I am working for a company that is currently trying to take over all of our website designs, and adding more photos of our clients on a constant baisis.

& now the discussion has come up, if we purchased the downloadable copy of photoshop. Is the software only usable on one computer? Or can you use the serial number on multiple computers, like you would be able to with the disc version of Photo Shop?

&& IF we can use the software on multiple computers, how many would it allow?

adobe products are licensed for two concurrent installations/activations by one person, typically a work and home computer or desktop and laptop.

you are not licensed to share between two different people.

It also doesn't matter whether it's boxed vs. download – it's the exact same product, license agreement, terms of use, and number of computers.  So with that in mind, note that soon Adobe will be discontinuing the boxed versions of Creative Suite entirely.
