Downloaden- CC desktop app not working (title edited)

Goedenavond,

Ik heb afgelopen februari een account aangemaakt en alle zijn gelukt om te downloaden behalve Indesign.

Als ik op downloaden druk springt het na een ander scherm en gebeurd er daarna niks.

Zouden jullie mij kunnen helpen.
