Downloading Bridge Error

I am trying to download Bridge to my desktop and I keep getting a message that says "We'll email you a link so you can easily download Bridge on your desktop". I go in my email and click the link and it goes back to the error. I am already on my desktop so not sure why it thinks I am not? 

Any insight and help is appreciated. Please and thank you.

install the cc desktop app from here https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/all/desktop?action=install&source=apps&productId=creative-cloud and use it to install your adobe subscription and trial programs.
