Hi,
I have been trying to download a trial version of Photoshop through Creative Cloud application on my laptop. Since, there is no sufficient space available on my C drive, I changed the download files location through preferences feature to D drive. However, while downloading Photoshop, application stops at 61% and gives the error 120 of insufficient disk space, because creative cloud is still downloading Photoshop files to C drive itself, instead of D drive, even after having updated the files download location as D drive in preferences. Now how to rectify this ????
the cc app can only change the location of the main installation files. the c drive will still be used.
you can try a direct download:
note: newer os'es (especially mac os'es) are not compatible with older programs (especially adobe's). this may help you start your installation, https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/macos-high-sierra-compatibility.html that said, you can download the installation files using the below link.
