Downloading of adobe apps not working

Hi all!

I justed got an adobe account, got a subscription and wanted to start downloading the apps. For some reason none of them can be downloaded, not even creative cloud, when I click on the download botton, it takes me to a site which says that the site is not working and I should try later. 

I have been trying the whole day with multiple browsers and nothing works.

Can anyone please help me?

make sure you have a compatible os (https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/system-requirements.html), and use the alternative download links at page bottom here, https://helpx.adobe.com/in/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html

Sara, I am sorry, but I don't see any active memberships or subscriptions under the account you used to post to this public discussion forum.

Did your school provide you with an Adobe account? ^JW
