I have recently got a new Mac. I have tried on multiple occassions to download photoshop/bridge/lightroom. Each time, it 'downloads' until the icon shows 100 percent, then just reverts to the download icon all over again and I have no programs!

Weirdly, it did not happen with DC Acrobat.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling creative cloud multiple times but to no avail

Someone, please please tell me what the hell I am doing wrong and how I can get my programs

I am running Big Sur v11.6

Thanks

What process did you use when moving over to the new Mac?  Did you migrate/copy any files or applications to the new computer?

Most errors are recorded within the log files; please see https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/find-installation-log-files.html for information on locating any fatal errors.
