Downloads do not work

Hello, I just bought the student plan but when installing Photoshop and Illustrator the downloads don't work, they get stuck at 7% or 48%.

  1. Does your computer meet the minimum system requirements to run Creative Cloud desktop app + your operating system + all other apps you intend to use?  Some of these requirements have changed recently.   So read them all  carefully.

  2. Does your computer user profile have full administrative level permissions to install software?  If not, contact your IT dept for assistance.  If yes, please refer to this help article.
