I am using the Creative Cloud desktop app to download Dreamweaver CC (2014). It errors out at 78% and reads installation failed. Installation completed through some optional components failed to install correctly. (6)

Navigate to C: > Program Files >Adobe .
Open Adobe folder and locate Adobe Dreamweaver CC 2014 folder , open it and then launch Dreamweaver CC 2014 .
Let me know if the App launches fine , then you need to Quit and relaunch Creative Cloud app and update Dreamweaver.
The installation of Dreamweaver was completed, but only optional components failed to install correctly .
That means, you need to check with components like Microsoft redistribute packages.
This will not affect using Dreamweaver CC 2014 app.
However , you may try repairing Microsoft redistribute packages.
