DVD for Acrobat 9

Guest
Jan 17, 2012 Jan 17, 2012

I need a DVD for Acrobat 9.  I purchased and registered Acrobat 9 for our business and

subsequently lost the software downloaded.

I do not have a DVD of the software, nor do I wish to buy an upgrade. I can purchase another

Acrobat 9 from a reseller, but I don't believe I should be required to purchase another license

for software and DVD already registered.

I want the software I purchased that works with my registration on  DVD.  Can I purchase

a DVD off the Adobe website?

Thanks...

I have similar problem, as my serial number will not work for my original disk from Dell when I purchased my computer.

I too, have downloaded a trial Acrobat version and would like to go back to version 9 or even 8, which is my last registered

serial number.

Adobe isn't able to provide DVDs for older software versions. If you purchased a download, however, you'll be able to log into your Adobe account and download the older software.

I am not very sure about this, and if this doesn't work, please contact Customer support.

  1. Sign in to your Adobe account with your Adobe ID (your email address) and password.
  2. Click My Adobe, and then click My Products.

Note: If you don't see your downloaded product, contact Customer Service.

Contacted Adobe, again. Download or DVD is not available. Suggested I upgrade to current version for $199.00.

Yes the download option for older versions is unfortunately only available for customers who originally purchased via the download option.  If it is not showing under your account then the only solution we can offer you is the upgrade price for Acrobat 10.
