there's nothing useful in your message.

you should be able to copy and paste any links and then examine to make sure the domain is an https secure address to adobe.com

We can't tell whether the message is genuine because an email can be faked in seconds.

If you'd like to copy and paste the whole message (except the personal stuff) - don't paraphrase please - we may not be able to tell you if it's genuine, but we can tell you if it's true. Also, please tell us your OS. It's a little puzzling if an email says you have to upgrade your OS: how would it know?

To whom are you referinng to? The OP did not come back after 3 months, so we can assume that the problem has been solved by the answer or any other action done by the OP.
