Early Cancellation Fee

I tried to cancel my plan as I am not using as I expected so I won't need it anymore.

When I tried to cancel my plan, it tells me to pay an early cancelation fee as I have a annual plan with cheaper rates. 

The thing is, when I subscribed to this plan, I was NOT given another option with a not-annual plan. And it was not clear enough this was a yearly plan with cancellation fee.

I am trying to contact the customer service, but it looks impossible on this website to get a contact number, chat or email address.

Can anyone help? Has anyone had similar a issue?

Most plans require a 12 month (Annual) commitment. 

 

You had 14 days to cancel and request a refund.  After that, there is a 50% early termination fee of remaining months owed. 

 

To avoid cancellation fees, wait until your 12th month of service to cancel.  Or quit now and pay the fee.  Your choice.

Thanks thatsmauri.

 

When I use this link,  it takes me to the general page and there's no way I can contact the customer service directly.

I am pretty sure I did not have the option to choose a plan. Or, at least it wasn't clear enough.
