ECHEC DE L'INSTALLATION : PS

Bonjour,

Je viens de souscrire un abonnement étudiant créative cloud

je n'arrive pas à télécharger Photoshop sur mon mac

le téléchargement s'arrête dès que les 8% son dépassé le message affiché est : echec de l'installation 

quelqu'un aurait une idée pour résoudre ce problème
