Eingegebene Seriennummer wurde gesperrt

Hallo zusammen. Ich habe eine ältere Lizenz für Master Collection CS6 gekauft und diese hat auch funktioniert auf meinem Rechner. Jetzt musste er zur Reparatur und hat ein neues Mainboard bekommen. Seitdem ist meine CS6-Version auf Testversion zurück gestuft und meine Seriennummer funktioniert nicht. Es kommt eine Meldung, dass diese gesperrt wurde. Kann ich das irgendwie wieder einrichten, dass es funktioniert?

your serial number may have been revoked.  contact adobe support and find out why.  you have options with the vendor that sold you cs6.

 

there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter:

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter:
tweet @AdobeCare

that changes nothing. it does make it more likely that you were sold something that was problematic vs the problem occurring later.  ie, you still need to contact adobe support if you want more information.

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com...

ich habe es von einer Firma gekauft, die es nicht mehr benutzen.

Leider konnte mir der Support nicht helfen, da ich die Seriennummer über einen Reseller gekauft habe. Meine MasterCollection ist damit gestorben, nur weil mein Laptop repariert werden musste. Danke Adobe.
