Elements 2019 no disk

I have my serial no for elements 2019 but no disk.  My computer died but hard drive is ok.  Is there any way to get 2019 program off old hard drive or I found this website that supposedly has the download for 2019.

Is this safe or do you know if i can pull the program off my old harddrive?

It's really unfair of Adobe to not provide the download.  It's not that old!

If you registered your software when you bought it, then the download link should be available via your Adobe account:

This window does not open for mee. I bought my version from a Danish retailer, but I made the registration and I can acces my serial number.

Apparently I didn't register although I always do. It's not on my account
