I bought elements 2021 as a gift for my wife through the Microsoft store. I am no longer able to download it to install. How do I get a refund? I own this software, I have a receipt for it, yet I cannot download it. Think we might take our business elsewhere

You don't own the software.  Adobe owns it.  You purchased a limited license to use it.

Log-in to your Adobe account below.  Do you see a download link for Elements?
