Elements 2022: Error 199 on the installation

Dear all, 

 

I habe Adobe Cloud and Elements 2021. I tryed to install Element 2022. I have the error 199 during the installation. See the log.

 

All the tips from the community cannot help.

 

I'm using Windows 10 64 Bit.

 

I hope someone of you have an idea.

I cannot edit this discussion thread, but the error message in the log file is Error Code 130, not Error 199 or Error Code 199. Please ignore this discussion if you encounter Error 199 while installing Adobe applications.

photoshop elements 2022 is already installed. 

 

don't use a shortcut. check your install directory.

Hi,

 

I had the version 2022 and deinstalled it. I had some trouble with my Windows. I yet I cannot install Element 2022 from new. I have nothing i my install folder.

 

And yet? Some idea?

I tryed this too. The cleaner don't show Elements in the list. How I can to clean up the installation manually?

Hi...

 

And after all of these steps, I haven't the line with Elements in the Cleaner Tool. 

Do know the registry records or some another way to clean my system for a new installation of Element 2022? Elements 2021 haven't the problems.

Unter Elements 2021 I have another install screen. Unter 2022 only this . But I haven't any installation 😞
