email use in portfolio - will not support new URLs

Hey - I have a website ending .photography rather than any of the usual .com or .co.uk type of URLs. I use an email address that ends with my url {name}@{name}.photography but when trying to put this address as email in my porfolio website it is not accepted. Any idea when Adobe may support the new URLs in email, they have been around for a few years now.
