Encore kann nicht aktiviert werden (CS6, macOS High Sierra)

Hallo, nebenberuflich wird mir ein MacBook Pro mit macOS High Sierra 10.13.6 zur Verfügung gestellt. Ebenso habe ich eine Creative Suite CS6 erhalten. Unter anderem Encore macht mir hierbei nun Probleme. Das Programm konnte ich installieren, jedoch erhalte ich eine Fehlermeldung dass es nicht mit einer lizenzgebührenfreien Seriennummer verwendet werden könnte - was jedoch auch gar nicht der Fall ist. Was kann ich tun? Laut Recherchen online sollte die gesamte Creative Suite unter High Sierra noch laufen. Danke schon einmal für Hilfe.

if all the other cs6 apps work without problem, encore cs6 is no longer available.

When you install Premiere Pro CS6 and enter the serial number, the bundled Encore is activated

Where did you get CS6 from?

Where did you get the serial number from? Does the serial number match with the Creative Suite? It's possible that it belongs to another package without Encore.

I don't know anything about "lizenzgebührenfreien Seriennummern" for CS6. Such serial number were only available for a limited time in the past for CS2.
