Erro 102 a instalar o indesign

Após instalar o indesign, aparece-me o erro 102, que diz que não estou conectada à internet. Já abrir vários tickets e ainda não me conseguiram ajudar. 

Alguém com o mesmo problema?

Yes, I have a firewall but I don't have AV. I didn't want to back up the Mac.

i don't know what firewall you have. it was difficult to find you are using a firewall.
