Error 146 : tried everything - Creative Cloud

had NO previous problems until the last few days, have tried adjusting file permissions, have downloaded and used the cleaner tool etc from other support topics. But I can NOT get CC to update. 

Premiere, Illustrator and AE do NOT download or install due to the file permission issue with adobetemp, but Audition, Photoshop install fine. 

PLEASE help.

you only tried allowing read/write permissions to the file/folder listed in the error log, or you successfully changed permissions?
