I have purchased the student version, and now that I try to download any of the apps it tells me error 500 internal server. Once I finally download creative cloud, after the most ridiculous time trying to click on the green installer button that I eventually gave up on and found another way to download the program, the program also wont let me connect to the any of the apps. . . I've disabled firewalls, used adobe cleaner, restarted my computer, and used the run commands to clear out any remaining adobe stuff. . . Tell me I'm not wasting my money please, because right now this is wasting my time, and my time equals money.
install the cc desktop app from here https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud and use it to install your adobe subscription and trial programs.
