Error 500 when trying to access assets/files on website

I'm getting an Error 500 each and every time I visit the assets page, tried several web browsers.  I also cannot connect to the online chat support for help on this matter.

I can't event contact support, I get a yellow triangle.  I also can't pull in any assets from the library, says they don't exist.
