Error actualizacion

He actualizado Photoshop, y me da error por ya existir un archivo en la ruta de instalación. El mismo problema me lo ha dado Illustrator. La unica solución ha sido desistalar ambos, que son los unicos que he actualizado y que voy a actualizar, y volver a instalar. Perdiendo así toda mi configuración de pantalla, y un tiempo de trabajo bastante grande.

Asegurense de que la proxima actualización funciona. No puedo perder tiempo por esto.

Mlapeestudio, I am sorry you are facing problems updating Photoshop and Illustrator CC.  Error 145 indicates that the installer was unable to update because the file could not be updated or deleted.  You can use the process listed in https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/troubleshoot-download-install-logs.html to locate the exact file/files that are facing this error.
