Error code 190 when trying to install Adobe Illustrator

Hi Team,

I hope this finds all of you well!

I am unable to install Adobe Illustrator due to error code 190. I am currently using the Creative Cloud Desktop app. Using Windows 11 pro, i7-11700 processor, 32 gb of RAM, RTX 3080 video card. I already have Photoshop and InDesign installed. However, I keep getting error code 190 whenever I try to install Adobe Illustrator.

I hope someonw can help me. I am unable to reach an agent right now because the AI states they are currently unavailable.
