I am trying to update Creative Cloud but keep encountering error code 191.
My system is capable of running this new update. 8 gb RAM 64 bit windows 10 and is running on the latest Windows version.
Is there something else I can do other than keeping on retrying or trying to contact Adobe direct on the phone. Thanks in advance, any help would be much appreciated.

Can you install apps from the Microsoft Store? I ask because Creative Cloud uses similar technology. If your OS can't connect, that's probably why Creative Cloud can't update either.
8GB isn't much RAM. 16 is recommended for most apps but 32+ is preferred.
Ensure your computer meets/exceeds the minimum requirements to run Creative Cloud + OS + all other apps you use. Check each one. - https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/system-requirements.html
