I began the installation process this morning. It took hours just to get to like 27 percent. I then got an error that, basically, the server couldn't be reached, retry or try again later. I retried several times and kept getting the same message. When I cancelled and tried later on I got
"We've encountered the following issues:
Another installer is currently running, which must be closed before installing this product.
Please close other installers. (Error code: 87)"
I have restarted. I've tried the uninstaller in case maybe some files were installed during the initial attempt. I have gone to task manager and ended Windows installer. I'm still getting Error Code 87.
So what now?

Hello All,
If you are on a Wired Internet, Its Easy fix once you Boot to Safe Mode with Networking.
It will allow app insrtall swiftly.

uninstall everything cc including preferences, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html
then uninstall the cc desktop app, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html
clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html
restart your computer (don't skip this)
reinstall the cc desktop app, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud using admin account*
use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials

The CC app didn't install nor did any of the other apps so there is nothing to uninstall. I ran the cleaner, restarted and tried to reinstall as admin. Still the same error code 87.
