Hi, When I am trying to download Adobe XD, I receive the message "Please check your firewall settings, ensure that the time settings on your computer are correct, and try again.".
My time settingds are correct, my firewall is off, I allow popups & cookies...
Does anyone know how to solve the issue?
I have a MAC OS Big Sur, Apple M1

install the cc desktop app from here https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/all/desktop?action=install&source=apps&productId=creative-cloud and use it to install your adobe subscription and trial programs.
