Error message to manage applications in Creative Cloud

Explorer ,
Feb 25, 2021 Feb 25, 2021

Hi,

Since some updates of Creative Cloud, I get an error message in the main windows of Creative Cloud; "You have not access to management features of applications - To manage applications, may be you need an administrator autorisation".  But I am administrator of my laptop (Windows 10 Pro 10.0.19042). What can I do for this issue?

Thanks!

Michel

Hi Michel6755,

I wondered if this might be the issue:

do you have an individual subscription that you pay yourself (as opposed to a team/enterprise/school subscription)?

If you mean a subscription with Adobe, I have no subscription since I bought my Adobe softwares. I have only a personnel Adobe account.

Hi David__B,

You found the solution. Bravo! That fix my issue with Adobe CC.

May be you can take a new challenge? Indeed, I got a similar problem with the synchonisation of my files in Adobe CC. But I think it's better to open a new sybject on this forum. So, I post a new one now on this new issue.

Thank you a lot!

Michel
