Tried to switch up my internet, disable all antivirus software, and im not sure if I have any firewall settings that are preventing the download process. So Id love any recomendation or ideas on how to fix this error. Thanks!!

if no, follow the suggested steps.

if yes and following the suggestions all fail,white list the adobe network endpoints, https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/network-endpoints.html
