Error P201 troubleshooting fixes not working. (Illustrator)

Tried to switch up my internet, disable all antivirus software, and im not sure if I have any firewall settings that are preventing the download process. So Id love any recomendation or ideas on how to fix this error. Thanks!!

do you see both logos?

 

if no, follow the suggested steps.

 

if yes, and still see a connection error, start here, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/troubleshoot-download-install-logs.html#errorP201

 

if yes and following the suggestions all fail,white list the adobe network endpoints, https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/network-endpoints.html
