Hello,

I've been trying to install the Creative Cloud Desktop for a week now, but every time it gives me error 206. I have an internet connection and I have deactivated my firewall, but I still get that error.

If anyone knows a solution it'll be very helpful. I need to download and install Photoshop and Illustrator for school. I use Safari (but I tried also using Google Chrome), on a Macbook.

Thank you.

Rubinab56538934 error 206 occurs because the computer is unable to contact our servers.  You mentioned that you had deactivated your firewall to attempt to resolve the error.  Does this mean that you are downloading the Adobe software over a network that you pay for and manage?

If so, then please see the additional steps listed in Troubleshoot Adobe Creative Cloud download and install issues to resolve the current connection
