Problem solved by removing opm.db. file!

Oplossing 2: schoon de gecachte aanmeldingsgegevens van de gebruiker op.

Verwijder het bestand opm.db.

  1. Sluit de Creative Cloud-toepassing.
  2. Navigeer naar de map OOBE.
    Windows: [Systeemstation]:\Users\[gebruikersnaam]\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
    Mac OS: /Users/[gebruikersnaam]/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE folder
  3. Verwijder het bestand opm.db.
  4. Start Creative Cloud.

Thanks for help. I did run the cleanertool but it didn't succeeded. Macbook Pro OS X 10.9.2. In the browser Safari I am able to sign in with my Adobe ID. But I cleaned up the application manager, the desktop app but nothing happens. Strill getting the error messages. Same happens when I sign in with another Adobe ID from my partner. I dont understand. I didn't chgange anything I thougt but perhaps there were some updates?
