Essential graphics not opening at older version.

Hello. I am using a license of creative cloud.

Since I use two computers, (one is mac, the other windows) I always have a problem of working on two computers at the same time.

The window one has a slightly newer version, I guess (it automatically updates so I do not have any choice, and now I regret)

and the mac has an older version even if it says the latest update is done.

If I work in window computer, I cannot work in mac. (I figured out that version can be saved differently so it does not matter now)

But, the problem is my window computer, which has all my work is down.

So, I moved to different computer and continued my work, but the problem is I cannot use this computer for so long.

I made a collection of essential graphics templates and it is saved in adobe library, but somehow it is not accessible.

But, I really need to use them on my mac, which is older version of premiere pro than the one I created essential graphics.

And since my computer is down, I cannot access to the original after effects file I created so there is no way of saving to older version.

If anyone has a solution or a tip, please help me saving time creating all the subtitles again.

Thank you!

1. You don't tell us the actual version you are using, and which software. Please tell us the exact version of your software (like 22.5.33) and the software you are using. If you don't know how to find out the version, please let us know.

2. Please explain " somehow it is not accessible." in detail.

Thank you for the reply.

All the computer things was just to explain my case.

I know my operating system does not support for the update.

But I am just wondering why essential graphics I saved in my creative cloud library cannot be opened on my mac.

It shows in my library, but I cannot drag into my timeline. Other given templates work fine.

If this is the problem of my os operating system, I am wondering where I can find the original after effects files which I made the templates that are stored in my adobe library. If I can find these, I think I can save downgrade versions.

Hi

Creative Cloud won’t let you install the newest version unless your OS can support it. Here are the requirements for Premiere Pro: Adobe Premiere Pro System Requirements

I ran into this issue a year or two ago and my solution was to buy a new Mac that would run the new versions of Adobe software. The issue for you is that you created the files in a newer version and no longer have a computer with an operating system that can open them.

You can turn off automatic updates in Creative Cloud. That won’t help you now, I know.
