Click on More Information option and provide exact error message,.
However , as an basic check , follow below mentioned step once and check.
Launch Activity Monitor and Force Quit all Adobe and setup related processes like Creative Cloud , CoreSync , AAMUpdater , Setup , Install ....etc
( Applications > Utilities > Activity Monitor )
1) Right click on the Finder icon on dock and select "Go-To Folder" option.
2) You will get a text box, type-in below mentioned command and then hit 'Return' key.
/Tmp
3) It will open the Tmp folder.
Trash all contents of TMP folder.
Relaunch Adobe Creative Cloud app and try to install InDesign CC app again .

Hmm the error description is not convincing or confirming
You may refer help links posted above .
However, You may also try below steps along with it :
Step 1)
Restart the computer, so that it will ensure that no setup related processes is affecting the current installation process.
Step 2)
1) Right click on Finder icon and select "Go-To Folder" option.
2) You will get a text box, type-in below command and then hit 'Return' key.
/Tmp
It will open TMP folder.
Trash all the contents present inside Tmp folder , those are temporary files you can trash it.
Step 3)
Turn Off firewall , if it is enabled.
Step 4)
Relaunch Adobe Creative Cloud app and try to install again.

Let me know whether you had installed any other Adobe apps? and are they working fine?
We can also try setting permissions to Adobe folders under both User and System Libraries , Uninstalling and Clean Re-installation of Adobe Creative Cloud which is nothing but the App which manages the Installer ...etc
Normally this Installer file is downloaded to Tmp folder , Adobe Creative Cloud app which is an Application Manager which recognizes the downloaded Installer .DMG file and runs it to start installation after 42% .
Before 42% it simply downloads the installer file.

We will proceed with further steps :
We will remove and perform clean installation of Adobe Creative Cloud app.
Follow below steps :
Launch Activity Monitor and Force Quit all Adobe and setup related processes like Creative Cloud , CoreSync , AAMUpdater , Setup , Install
Step 1)
Click on the Finder and look for the options listed next to Apple Icon located at the top left corner of the Desktop screen and click on "Go" menu button and select "Utilities" option.
(Applications>Utiliites)
Locate Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe Application Manager folder under Utilities window and trash both folders.
Step 2)
Trash Adobe Creative Cloud folder from Applications as well.
Step 3)
1) Right click on Finder icon and select "Go-ToFolder " option.
2) You will get a text box, type-in below command and then hit 'Return' key.( Do not miss ~ symbol)
~/library
3)Then navigate to Application Support>Adobe.
Open Adobe folder and trash folders named AAMUpdater and OOBE.
Step 4)
1) Right click on Finder icon and select "Go-To" Folder option.
2) You will get a text box, type-in below command and then hit 'Return' key.
/library
3)Then navigate to Application Support>Adobe.
Open Adobe folder and trash folders named AAMUpdater ,Adobe Application Manager and OOBE.
Step 5)
Click on the below link and download & run Adobe Cleaner tool :
Select the option "Adobe Application Manager for Mac OS X 10.6" and then click on "Clean up Selected" .

Step 6)
Click on the below link and download Adobe Application Manager and install the same :

Once the installation process is completed, installation box will disappear, then open Applications folder and locate Adobe Application manager launch icon , double click on it and update .
Once the update is completed. it will launch Adobe Creative Cloud app .
Then try to install InDesign CC app again .

Enable Root account and login to same and then clear Tmp folder and try to install CC apps again.
Step for enabling Root user account :
OS X Mavericks: Enable and disable the root user
(Applies for Yosemite as well)

Sorry to hear that .
You may try to install from Safe Mode once .
Note :
If you haven't installed any other Adobe products yet or if you are okay with complete uninstall and re-installation process.
You can try below steps:
1) Trash Adobe apps from Applications .
2) Trash below mentioned folders from Applications > Utilities.
3) Trash Adobe folders from below locations.
Adobe folders will be present inside Application Support folder.
~/Library/Application Support/ [ User Library ]
/Library/Application Support/ [ System Library ]
Then Run Adobe Cleaner tool and select Clean All option .

Then reinstall Adobe Creative Cloud app and try to install InDesign cc again.
If you are not Ok with complete removal , let me know .

Hello!
I am having the same issue.
I follow all of the steps, but when I open the cloud cleaner, I click on the icon related to Illustrator file, and the cloud cleaner closes automatically, without removing the illustrator.
help me!!

Hi ,
The steps I had provided is for complete removal of all Adobe apps , folders and files manually.
If you had already trashed folders I had mentioned , simply click on Clean All option once the Adobe Cleaner tool is launched.
If its still exhibit same behavior . Skip the step and then re-install Adobe Creative Cloud app and check .

After attempting most of the remedies suggested above, I found that the Creative Cloud Installer worked perfectly in Safe Mode.
