Fan going mad when I boot up!

Hello,

My fan is starting almost as soon as I boot up, getting really loud and draining the battery on my laptop. My laptop was only bought last year and still in warranty so I sent it back for analysis. They said the machine was totally fine and it was a problem when connecting to Adobe.

I've seen similar posts on here and tried uninstalling and reinstalling earlier versions but earlier than 2021 doesn't appear to be available any more for photoshop and illustrator.

Does anyone know what I can do to correct the issue?

My laptop is:

MacOS Big Sur

Version 11.6

MacBook Pro (16-inch, 2019)

2.6 GHz 6-Core Intel Core i7

32 GB 2667 MHz DDR4

AMD Radeon Pro 5300M 4 GB

Intel UHD Graphics 630 1536 MB

Thanks in advance

Tina
