Fehler 183 bei der Installation des Upgrades PSE 2023

Das Upgrade 2023 von Photoshop Elements lässt sich nicht installieren. Es bricht mit dem Fehler 183 und dem Hinweis, dass die Datei MSVCP120.dll nicht vorhanden sei, nach 4%, 12% oder auch schon 89% ab, obwohl die Datei mehrfach auf meinem PC vorhanden ist. Habe - wie vorgeschlagen - die Firewall abgeschaltet, habe die Creative Cloud Experience gelöscht, eigentlich alles versucht, aber immer (mindestens 15 x) erfolglos. Die Anforderungen, die das Programm fordert, erfüllt mein PC. Ich arbeite schon viele Jahre mit PSE. Hat jemand einen Tipp für mich? MfG Alfredo

update your ms visual c++, if it can be updated
