Fermeture d'InDesign sans message d'erreur

Bonjour à tous !

J'essaie en vain de démarrer In Design sur mon ordinateur depuis deux jours. J'ai bien téléchargé Creative Cloud, et ai téléchargé comme il faut la version d'essai d'In Design 2019. Cependant, problème : quand je lance ID, le "carré" de chargement s'ouvre et se ferme au moment "démarrage des panneaux", sans message d'erreur, tout seul.

J'ai parcouru énormément de forum, que ce soit en anglais ou en français, et j'ai tout essayé : installer, désinstaller, renommer des fichiers ou les supprimer dans "appdata", réinitialisation de l'ordinateur, etc.

Je ne sais plus quoi faire, alors si quelqu'un sait d'où vient le problème, je suis à l'écoute !

Is this a new installation of the Creative Cloud desktop app and Adobe InDesign? In that case, let me move your question over to Creative Cloud Download & Install They can help you with the installation.

Once you have the software up and running, come back here (InDesign) to ask questions about using InDesign.
