I have a copy of Premiere Pro CS6 installed on a laptop and I wish to deauthorise this device and reinstall in a desktop, however, the person who intsalled the version on the laptop no longer works for our organisation, is there any way the serial number can be identified without their Adobe ID?

Your software manager needs to do a better job of keeping track of company software... based on where I have worked in the past, ALL company owned software is installed using a company ID, not a user's email... and all serial numbers are recorded in a company software file
When you do have an ID, https://accounts.adobe.com/ and click Plans & Products at the top
-then click VIEW YOUR PRODUCTS on the right to find a list of your programs and serial numbers
When you find your serial number, WRITE IT DOWN AND PUT IT IN A FOLDER IN A DESK DRAWER
I did that It is empty
could it be because i have change computer from home to laptop?
I did that It is empty
My MacBook Pro won't open Mac Key Finder because it can't determine the developer and will only open stuff in the iTunes store or Mac products.

I think it is fair to mention that Mac Product Key Finder will NOT display your key using the free version. Keep reading.
The download contains both a regular and pro version.
Open the pro version and click "Later" before scrolling to the Adobe product.
You will see the first 4 digits, but " - hidden in demo version" will hide the rest.
Right click on this message and "Copy selected value" to paste your full serial number.
This is not a hack. It is their own mistake for providing this feature when hiding your serial numbers behind a $30 pay wall.
John T. Smith,
Thanks for your response. However, I've tried requesting a copy of Belarc Advisor from that link repeatedly, clicking the "Accept cookies" link first, trying more than one email address, with no result other than the word "recaptcha" appearing underneath the form.
Users who purchased CS6 in the past could optionally register their serials against an AdobeID for peace of mind but it was not mandatory. Most people didn't bother, so the only records of the license key will be on the box or purchase coupon, and in encrypted format within the application's registry keys. Belarc Advisor will dig that key out but it won't tell you if the serial has been registered, or if it's also being used on a second computer.
Since the launch of Creative Cloud, CS6 purchases activate directly using AdobeIDs and redemption codes the same as CC, so the purchase will always be listed on the licensee's account page at adobe.com but it won't have any serial number next to it. You can tell who is currently signed in by opening one of the applications and checking the Help menu.
It's important to point out that if the person who installed CS6 had purchased it as a personal item and installed it themselves (which seems likely given you don't know anything about it) then it remains licensed ONLY to that person - and you have no rights to use it elsewhere in the company until they complete Adobe's license transfer form. Only the corporate licenses of Adobe software - e.g. CC for Teams - can be used in 'floating' mode.
pls adobe photoshop serial namber
I'll have a similar situation. i've bought the CC version online, but after logging on the my adobe account page, i can see my purchase history (monthly payment of Photoshop CC), however i want to install CS6 on my MacBook PRO iOS 10.12, but it keeps asking for CD-KEY after the install procedure.
Can you give me some advice on this?
If you need an picture (print-screen) i can attach.
Thanks in advance
Go back and re-read my reply #1 and Dave's reply #4 for ideas
If you did not register your serial number so it does not show on your account, and you do not have an old computer to use one of the programs in my reply #1 to extract your serial number, there is no way that anyone can help

Never post private information on a public forum... including your actual email address or phone number
When an employee asks for information (identified by a STAFF badge where my ACP badge shows) hover your mouse over their name and then click the Message option in the popup window to send a private email
Adobe does not use Skype... if someone asks you to talk to them via Skype to "help" you, immediately report their Adobe ID in https://forums.adobe.com/community/forumhelp/forum_comments/content so the person may be banned from the forums
If you mean Premiere CS6? You cannot install Pr CS6 if you only have a subscription to Photoshop CC.
You can only try out the latest version.
If you are talking Photoshop cs6 then you dont need a key.
