I am really frustrated with this migration to CC. I am being forced out of CS6 as it is no longer supported by the Catalina OS. rrrrrgh Now I have to purchase the All Apps package as I use Ps, Ai, & Pr but those are not offered in a package together.
So here comes the really crappy part. My other side is a PC and it does not have Acrobate so I had to do that plan last year. When I go to purchase the additional All Apps plan it says I need to cancel the Acrobat plan first... Wait for it... Only to charge me an early cancelation fee of over the cost of my monthly plan! ARGGGH
Who can I talk to, as this is really a huge hole that needs fixing?

You need to talk to support about canceling without a fee when you are upgrading to a full subscription
