The option to cancel is removed when there is a payment problem. Until you resolve the payment problem, you cannot cancel from your account portal. In addition, there is a 50% penalty fee for cancelling before your 12th month of service. So it's unlikely you're getting any money back.
Subscription & Cancellation Terms:
To avoid fees, wait until your 12 month to cancel. Note your plan's expiration date from your account portal. Add a reminder to your smartphone or Google Calendar so you don't forget.

How do I Cancel my Subscription?
The problem is solved, thanks. I have paid for the subscription and after that canceled it. I will receive the full refund. Probably, that is because I canceled the subscription within a certain allowed period after its start (maybe the info will be useful for other community members).

you can request from adobe support. there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies

in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
