I'm wondering if my free 2 months of lightroom/photoshop from my seagate hard drive purchase was redeemed properly? I see "you'll be able to manage your plan shortly" but nothing more.

Try signing out of your account, restart the computer, and then sign in to your account.

And as Ged has said, it sometimes take 24 hours for your account to be updated.
