Hello, I would like to be informed whether there is a way to prevent the termination fee if an application is terminated prematurely. I actually just want to upgrade (from annual subscription with monthly payment: Indesign CC to all applications). I still have to pay a kind of "penalty fee", ie the fee for early cancellation of the existing subscription. These are the words on the Adobe site: you will be charged a fee for early cancellation: 59 , 48 €. This fee will be calculated according to the original subscription contract if you cancel now and end your annual contract early. Thanks for help.

Follow John's advice to upgrade. If you have done the upgrade "the hard way" (cancel/new subscription) you will need to contact customer service for a refund.
