Getting a Billing Issue every month

Hi,

 

Irrespective of changing the credit card details multiple times over the past few months, I still get a billing issue every month. I have spoken to my bank, and they report that there is no issue with them. It has been happening for 4 months now. Can anyone tell me what is the possible reason for this?
