Getting passed 2-step Verification

I want to log in my accout, it says that I needed a verification code for it and sent the code to old phone number used in that account (lost number), It said in the help instructions that I could choose to send the code to my email yet there's no option for it. 

 

I can't update my applications which is truly a problem for me, because I always wanted to have new features on my workspace. If you could please hand me a contact number or anything to fix this problem.

Here you can find the list of contact phone numbers for Adobe support. We also have live chat, but you may need to sign in for that, which doesn't seem an option for you.
