Hi,
I have a problem - on August 18th I received on my e-mail message that I ordered a year plan of CC but... I don't order any plan on this account (it's my private account). To make it more fun - apparently I used some code (I never add any payment method on this account and ever on any Adobe site). It looks like an bug/error/something because I don't even visited my panel in that day.
I want to cancel that subscription but I'm scared that Adobe charge me unfounded.
Thank's in advance for help.

I wonder if it's actually someone hacking your account. (Or maybe someone using a computer that you left logged in). You should indeed worry about being charged. Check your Adobe account details for "plans" (that is what people subscribe to) and billing. WARNING: Adobe will not contact you, but scammers might do so.

Nope, on my any bank account i don't have any operation from Adobe. In Plans I have a year plan but realized with code - i don't se any payment methods like credit cards... I'm a conscious user and I'm didn't click on any suspicious links from e-mails, scams etc. On "orders and invoices" tab I don't have any of these... What's wrong?

Sorry, nobody here can help with an account or payment problem
This is a public forum, you need the link to Adobe support, not other users
Be sure to remain signed in with your Adobe ID before accessing the link
Do be aware that Adobe's staffing is impacted by the virus, so wait times are long
-make sure that your browser does NOT block ads, scripts, or pop-ups
-you must also allow 'cookies' in your web browser for the link to work
This link will go directly to the chat option
Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person
-Meaning type in the word Agent without the quote " " marks

Make sure you've turned off not just the ad blockers, but any script or pop-up blockers. Cookies have to be enabled. There might be firewall or virus protection issues, although I don't know how to check those or fix them if they exist.
You could also try on a completely different device. If you've been trying to chat using a PC, try again using a mobile device such as a phone or tablet.
Or you could search the page @John T Smith linked to for a regionally appropriate phone number.
