Hi everyone !
I recently bought a students product from Adobe which gives me access to all Adobe Apps for the amount of 20 euros a month. The problem is that I had given the wrong mail. Adobe did not give a message about the e-mail adress not existing , so supposedly the product went to someone else. Thus I could not activate my account and can not use the product , but the transaction is still visible in my Home Banking App, in fact it has been completed a few days ago. Is there a possibility to cancel the payment alltogether without using the e-mail adress ? Or to get a hold of the product based on my credit card data ? I already spoke to an Adobe employee, unluckily he was not a native english speaker (strong indian accent, made it very hard to understand) so whatever he was asking or explaining to me was most of the time unclear.
