Hello,
About over a week ago, I purchased the student discounted version of the Adobe Creative Suite. To my understanding, Adobe should send me an e-mail that I would use to confirm my status as a student. I heard that if I don't reply to that email after 2 weeks from my purchase, my account will be suspended. I have yet to get the email and I don't know why. I tried calling customer support, the guy I spoke to told me I would get the email after the phone call. I still didn't get the email. I have no other email addresses registered to my account and I don't know what to do. So if I don't get this resolved in 3 days, my account will be suspended for no fault of my own. Can someone please help me out? Thank you.
