Having trouble downloading my adobe

Hi everyone! I would appreciate some help I'm having a really hard time just simply getting past the sign in portion of the download process. When I attempt to enter my username and password it gives me an error message saying "We can't sign you in with this credential because your domain name isn't available." Help! What do I do??

I tried to do this on my cell phone I realize I need to do it on my lap
