HD too small for install

New Here ,

My company replaced my laptop and issued a HP Stream with a 32gb flash drive.  There is NO room to load my Adobe Creative Cloud (which I have an account for) on it.  Can I load it to a flash or external HD ?

No you can't change the install location of Creative Cloud desktop application, it needs to be installed on the main drive

If it only has a 32 GB flash drive, more than likely the rest of the specs of the laptop won't meet the minimum requirements for CC:

You can't run the applications in a browser if that is what you are asking.
