Creative Cloud does not use serial numbers.

And this is a public user to user forum. Do not post private information here. If you want posing an invoice or similar, be sure to edit out any private information. You cannot attach files like PDFs here. You need to post the content of a one page pdf as an image, if that is what you intended to do.
