One of my Adobe libraries seems to have had a hickup and I've lost the modifications that I've made recently to various files and some newer files all together. This morning I was working with all the files and updating them on two different computers. I even viewed them on my Adobe Cloud iPhone app (I still have some screenshots of the missing files from the app). Tonight I checked the library and I couldn't find the files. In a panic I asked my coworker who's a collaborator with the library (and who also updated some of the files earlier today) if he knew what was going on. He opened Photoshop and saw the missing file in the library... clicked on it... and then Phototshop crashed. Now his library looks the same as mine. So it's like the files were there.. but then something happened and they were removed and trying to access them caused a crash.
I spend a few hours on chat support tonight but they guy wasn't helpful and the remote support software kept crashing.
Again, this is not an issue with files not syncing properly when I thought they did. The files showed up on multiple computers and devices. They were accessed without incident by multiple people from different locations. Now those files are not showing in the library. Any suggestions?
